Tchak was a Bereznik agent and part of the assassination squad sent to kill Agent Twenty One of the Universal Secret Service, who was recovering from injuries he had sustained in Kiel Hospital. He pretended to be the victim of a knife wound in order to infiltrate the hospital. The squad soon encountered Agent Twenty Three with four stretcher guards, who were assigned to protect Twenty One, with a gun battle ensuing that lasted fifteen seconds ultimately killing all of the combatants.
