Ted was one of the regulars at the Papplewick Arms in 1852. "As usual", he joined Ada Lovelace and other clientele in a round of cards, involving gambling. One night, Harry, Ted, and Lovelace were joined by George, Charlie, and the Fourth Doctor. The Doctor partnered up with Lovelace in their game of cribbage. (AUDIO: The Enchantress of Numbers)
