Tellac Inc. was the owner of the whole of Earth at some point in the far future of the planet's history. They converted the entire planet into an armaments factory and completely destroyed its atmosphere. They also had extensive operations on other planets. They completely stripped planets of their mineral resources until they were exhausted. Often, these vitiated planets would simply implode or explode because they were no longer able to maintain their integrity after Tellac finished with them.
The company once employed K9 to find out why a planet had gone missing, because its absence was interfering with the navigation of its freight ships. (PROSE: K9 and the Missing Planet)
