The Temparon were a species with limited time travel ability. Their ships travelled through the Time Vortex and could warp time, but only to shorten the trips. (AUDIO: The Hourglass Killers)
Elliot Payne's experiments dragged a Temparon vessel to Earth in the 1890s. (AUDIO: Chronoclasm, The Hourglass Killers) Its operating system manifested as Kempston and Hardwick.
