This template has been deliberately classed as "non-article" for technical reasons. In its current, and conceivable, form, it needs to be hidden from our mobile skin. It displays information that's not essential to the article in a way that can't be easily translated to mobile.
It is meant for only one relatively obscure page, so instructions on its use are unnecessary at present.
