Template:Infobox Home Media
Usage is very simple. For each section, just pick one of six valid categories — Betamax, VHS, Laserdisc, DVD, Blu-ray and Internet — and then list release dates/web links in the appropriate variables below.
Here's an example of one section (random figures are used):
| DVD |dvd r1 = 12 September 2005 |dvd r2 = 14 October 2005 |dvd r4 = 6 January 2006 |dvd amazon = Doctor-Who-Doctors-Anniversary-Edition/dp/B0010TG1QC
Which will result in (roughly):
DVD releases |
Region 1: | 12 September 2005 |
Region 2: | 14 October 2005 |
Region 4: | 6 January 2006 |

Here is an infobox containing nearly every possible variable. Note that, while image is usually automatic, the automatic image can be replaced with {image}; so too with {story}, which can control the normally automatic "Story released" variable. Initial release — or {first} — is a mandatory field. "Categories" — and the variables, of course — must be spelled exactly as they are below. It is case-sensitive.
- Most importantly, do not include categories for which we don't have information. If a story has never been released on VHS, for example, do not include VHS at all in the infobox, or the section will appear anyway.

- To be used only if absolutely necessary, the height of the infobox can also be controlled with {height} (in pixels).
