Instructions for {{Unsigned}}

{{Unsigned}} is a template that is used to mark unsigned comments left by registered contributors. To use, append

{{unsigned|UserName}}

to the end of their talk page comment, where their signature would be. This produces:

– The preceding unsigned comment was added by UserName (talk • contribs) .

The date that the comment was added can also be added in a second field. To use, append

{{unsigned|UserName|TimeDayMonthYear}}

instead. This produces:

– The preceding unsigned comment was added by UserName (talk • contribs) TimeDayMonthYear.

To mark unsigned comments by unregistered contributors posting under an IP address, use {{Unsigned-anon}}.
