This is not a telesnap, nor does it come from any episode as it was transmitted. No telesnaps from the serial in which the subject of the photo appeared were ever taken. Instead, this a publicity image or an image taken from a dress rehearsal, publicity event, or other behind-the-scenes moment. It is being used here at tardis.wikia.com to illustrate what is otherwise not illustrable.
