Temporal stasis capacitor

The temporal stasis capacitor was a TARDIS component. Shortly after the First Doctor and Susan stole their TARDIS, they arrived on Earth's Moon and encountered the Archaeons. The Archaeons started pulling the ship apart, taking out the temporal stasis capacitor while it was still connected to the TARDIS, creating a stasis field which was not disturbed for at least 450 million years, when it was found by early human colonists from Giant Leap Base.
