Later in their travels, the Fifth Doctor taught Nyssa temporal telemetry. When the Doctor was displaced in time, Nyssa prepared to use this skill aboard the TARDIS to assess the Doctor. At this point in his timeline, the Doctor had not yet taught her temporal telemetry. (AUDIO: Secrets of Telos)
