The Termitons were the indigenous inhabitants of the New Forest on New Earth. A race of "termite people", the Tenth Doctor characterised them as "eight foot tall, big teeth, nasty". They were an ancient enemy of the tree people, who they used to hunt for sport and food before the New Earth Senate stopped them. (AUDIO: Death in the New Forest)
