Terra Optimus was the word used in the Empire of Empires to describe the Known Worlds which were optimal among the others in their clusters. For instance, Roma I was the most advanced of the Earths where Rome ruled. Germania I was the most powerful of the Germanias in which the Nazis won World War II. (PROSE: Warlords of Utopia)
