A Thal soldier was a soldier in the Thal army towards the end of the Thousand Year War.
He was on patrol with another soldier when they shot the Muto Gerrill. When they discovered Sarah Jane Smith and Sevrin, the soldier told his fellow that they still needed expendable labour to load their missile, and decided to bring Sarah and Sevrin back with them to the Thal Dome.
