The Cybermen was the title of a 1986 reference book published by FASA. It documented the history of the Cybermen and gave advice to players of The Doctor Who Role Playing Game on how to approach the foes. Although containing large amounts of in-universe information, it did not have a consistently in-universe point of view, often mentioning the Doctor Who TV series and acknowledging its subjects as fictional.

The Cybermen was originally released in tandem with The Cyber Files, a fictional, narrative overview of the Daleks. However, the two books were physically distinct and had different ISBN codes.
