The Doctor mentioned her sonic screwdriver came from Argos, but "not the shop, the planet!", and mocked K-Y for not being able to climb stairs, "like them Daleks".
The Doctor appeared to know a Cyberman, conversing with the in a shop. In the same shop, the Doctor was guided to her companion Gayle Tuesday to skin care by a female Dalek, which she was embarrassed by. (TV: Untitled [+]Loading...["Untitled (The Lily Savage Show)"])

This version of the Doctor marked the first female incarnation of the Doctor, predating Joanna Lumley's incarnation in The Curse of Fatal Death by two years, and Jodie Whittaker's debut as the Thirteenth Doctor by over twenty.
