The Keep was a high security prison located at 8 Kensington Palace Gardens. It was used by the Intrusion Countermeasures Group and other governmental departments to keep their most secret prisoners. Ian Gilmore, Toby Kinsella, Shurik Barkov and Jeffrey Broderick were imprisoned there. (AUDIO: The Keep)
