The Napoleon of Crime, sometimes called Napoleon, was a Dalek and Vastra's nemesis.

A Dalek fell from the Last Great Time War and became stranded in 19th century London where he eventually becoming enmeshed with its criminal underworld. He became known as the Napoleon of Crime and styled himself as the nemesis of Vastra, (PROSE: The Paternoster's Guide to London [+]Loading...["The Paternoster's Guide to London (feature)"]) whose adventures were, by one account, fictionalised by Arthur Conan Doyle into the Sherlock Holmes books. He scavenged technology from the 1851 incident involving parallel world Cybermen, as well as the Clockwork Droids, leading to his servants being modified cyborgs resembling robomen built from Cybermen components. He also used Cybershades.
Napoleon allied himself with the Borad, who was able to create a companion for him in the form of Josephine.
