Quetzal, also known as the Serpent, Lord Serpent and Great Serpent, was a Silurian who formed a cult in his name, in which its members believed they were ridding the Earth of technology in order to form a pure world, but in reality he was attempting to build a new Silurian Empire in which Silurians were the dominant species of the planet.
