Careful . . . spoilers!

This page absolutely does contain spoilers either about the behind-the-scenes or narrative elements of stories which have not yet been published or broadcast. Please see our spoiler policy for our rules governing articles about such subjects.

This topic might have a better name.

Might be better placed as The Stuff of Legend - The Live Show, given how it is being more commonly marketed now & how it will be released on home media. (Alternatively, the whole production might be worth combining & subpaging...?)

Talk about it here.

The Stuff of Legend - alternatively marketed on home media as The Stuff of Legend - The Live Show - was a stage play produced by Big Finish Productions to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Big Finish produced Doctor Who audio dramas. A studio version of the audio story was also released under the same name - having been developed alongside the stage play, and was released on the same day as the radioplay-on-stage premiered.

It featured Paul McGann as the Eighth Doctor, India Fisher as Charlotte Pollard, Alex Macqueen as the Master and Nicholas Briggs as the Daleks.

Publisher's summary[[edit] | [edit source]]

Something is afoot in the lonely Cornish village of Merrymaid Bay. Rumours of dead men working in the tin mines have sent a chill through the community, and it's up to the Doctor and Charley to get to the bottom of the mystery.

Can the legends of the Bucca that haunts the mines be true? And just what awesome power do the Doctor's greatest enemies - the Daleks! - threaten to unleash upon the universe?
