Team TARDIS Diaries

The Team TARDIS Diaries were a series of illustrated children’s books published by BBC Children's Books, featuring Team TARDIS including the Thirteenth Doctor, Graham O'Brien, Ryan Sinclair and Yasmin Khan.
The main thread of the series is Team TARDIS's acquisition of a psychic diary, a book made from psychic paper which could record the experiences of whoever was holding it. Each book is presented metafictionally as if being parts of the diary in question, complete with sticky-note annotations left in the book by the Doctor after the fact.
Emil Fortune helped plan out the "story arc" running between Paper Moon and Ghost Town.[1]
