The Watchtower was a tapering buttressed pillar located in the Central District of the City of the Saved. It stood one astronomic unit high, with its base the size of a small continent and its tip the View Point. Due to its size, it contained three autonomous Districts, each with their own shops, residences, businesses, parks, galleries, museums, and places of worship and learning.
