• Clare Keightley drops her books before running into the porter.

Perhaps she was simply clumsy.

• In part two, Romana calls Chris by his first name, despite having not heard it.

Romana is, as noted by the 'GENIOUS' badge she recieves, very clever. In part one, she learns of Chris' name in part one and meets him later, she probably realised it was him.

She may have learned it off-screen.
