The Third Moon of Hentaphlobin became irradiated by waste time energy during the Archetryx Expansion, so much so that its core ended up existing in a thousand timeframes simultaneously. The Time Lords extracted the moon from reality and locked it in a dungeon in the Anomaly Vault whilst local timespace was cauterised. (AUDIO: Fractures)
