Vipod Mor (PROSE: Slipback) was a renegade Time Lord who was a member of the High Council. (AUDIO: Slipback) He purchased the Fighting Brigand battlecruiser, repurposed it as an exploration vessel, and renamed it after himself. (PROSE: Slipback) He once instructed the Sixth Doctor not to interfere in the events taking place on Vipod Mor, as these events were known to be instrumental in causing Event One. (AUDIO: Slipback)
