Time anchor

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

A time anchor was a device that held a subject in a state of temporal stability, fixing them in one time period. Anchors utilized a tachyon field, and were small and conical, though a bigger one could serve as a central relay point for a large number of anchors.

The Master used time anchors to bring babies forward in time to cover up the fact he was absorbing the nutrients of elderly people to cure his cheetah virus infection. (PROSE: Stop the Pigeon)
