Time transporter

The time transporter was time travel technology used by the Daleks. It was kept inside the Room of Many Centuries in their battlecraft. They used it to bring the Werelox from "many years ago" to the 25th century to attack the New Earth System. Materialising inside the Room of Many Centuries, the Fourth Doctor disconnected the time-space rationaliser, and froze the Daleks and the Werelox in one moment in time and space forever.
