Toby Davenport was a mutual friend of Josh Townsend and Ellie Martin's. His blood was used at the Huang Ti Clinic, resulting in him prematurely dying of old age despite being only eighteen.
His body was found in the River Thames where he was identified using forensic science. Josh and Ellie brought his death to Sarah Jane Smith's attention, leading to them investigating the clinic and bringing the circumstances of his death to light. (AUDIO: The Tao Connection)
