Tommy Collins was Max Collins's younger brother. There was a nine year age gap between them.
He lived with Max and their Mum and Dad.
In October 2016, when his brother's body was controlled by "joyrider" Imogen Farmer, she tied Tommy to a chair, and burned down the house with him and his parents inside. (PROSE: Joyride)
