Tony Handy played Zaroff's guard in the Doctor Who television story The Underwater Menace.

Handy debuted in an episode of United! in 1966, followed by appearances in Hugh and I (1966), Dixon of Dock Green (1967), The Informer (1967) and Out of the Unknown (1969). His final acting credit was in an episode of All Gas and Gaiters (1969).
