Trish was a human woman who lived together with her son Oli in Ealing.
Her son Oli was one of the first victims of the computer virus that was created by Ian Webster and the Umorgus to take control over humans. When Sarah Jane Smith, Clyde Langer, Rani Chandra and Luke Smith wanted to help her, she expected that they might steal things from her. However, Sarah Jane and her friends saved Oli and his mother.
