Tuar, the son of Sabor and Neska and the brother of Arak and Rega, was a member of the human colony on Metebelis III. He found and captured Sarah Jane Smith when she arrived on the planet, thinking her to be a spy for the Eight Legs.
After the captor of Sabor, he assisted the Third Doctor and Arak in defeating the Eight Legs. (TV: Planet of the Spiders)
