DC Turner was a male police officer in London.
In November 2016, he and DC Carpenter responded to Constantine Oliver's request to stop intruders to the Shoreditch property he was developing. In the house, they arrested and handcuffed Andrea Quill, who was with Ram Singh and April MacLean. Following a tip from Ram, DC Turner found Miss Quill's knives, leading to a charge of possession of dangerous weapons. (PROSE: The Stone House)
