UKTV is a subscription television channel in Australia and New Zealand. In 2011 it had the exclusive rights to broadcast Torchwood: Miracle Day.

The channel is wholly owned by BBC Worldwide, the BBC's commercial arm.

UKTV is offered in Australia through Foxtel and Austar. Foxtel is a subscription or "Pay TV" provider. UKTV was originally a joint venture between Foxtel and RTL group, but is now owned by BBC Worldwide. Austar provides Pay TV access similar to Foxtel, but to regions outside metro areas.

In New Zealand, UKTV is provided by Sky TV, a subscription Pay TV.
