The USA had a Prime Minister in an alternate reality created when the Sixth Doctor defeated the Daleks in 1903. The Prime Minister served the USA under the English Empire. He served President Nigel Rochester, Leader of the empire. He was not allowed to enter the United Kingdom, as people in the USA in this timeline were considered traitors by the empire.
