Underworld (audio story)
Underworld was the second story of Vienna: Series Two, produced by Big Finish Productions. It was written by Cavan Scott and featured Chase Masterson as Vienna Salvatori and Samantha Béart as Jexie Reagan.

Something bad is lurking down in the Undercity. Innocent citizens are turning on each other, baying for blood. Vienna must team up with jaded cop Lieutenant Jexie Reagan.
She’s never had a partner – but will either of them make it through the night alive?
Plot[[edit] | [edit source]]
A restaurant droid dispenses wine for a female customer who is waiting for her dinner date. A clumsy man suddenly appears after an apparent three year absence. Before long the entire restaurant is chanting "kill" and attacking the man. Later, Vienna Salvatori, invited by Jexie Reagan, arrives on the crime scene using clearance code "Van Meyer Alpha".
Inside the building, they find the body of Drew Haulis, a small time crook is on the floor. Reagan explains that once upon a time, Drew was witness to something he shouldn't have seen and assume that this was a gang having caught up with him. Reagan continues to explain that this particular gang rules this area of the city and that with Drew being a coward, Crime Corps had finally been able to tackle the problem head-on. She explains that this case was between herself and Detective Guy Wilkes, the latter of whom had lost his life during the case.
They enter another room to a sobbing Tina Haulis. According to Reagan, Tina had been waiting for a date that never showed before Drew had stormed the restaurant. This had led to a linching, which resulting in Drew being murdered.
