United Earth was a human government based on Earth.

It was on the front of emerging sometime after the war between the Oceanic States and the Asiatic States reached a stalemate in AD 2071, and will have an Earth presidency. (AUDIO: Casualties of Time)
A United Earth administration governed the planet in the aftermath of the 2150s Dalek invasion of Earth. Later, propaganda distributed by the Daleks falsely claimed that the members of the United Earth Parliament, including the President herself, were Dalek replicants so as to undermine their authority. At some point in the far future, a United Earth spacecraft used the designation "UESC.", and at a time when Earth was being evacuated, a planet was colonised by the United Earth Colonisation Team ship Erehwon. (TV: Smile)
