Ur's planet was a world inhabited by a native species with a high psychic threshold. At some point in its history, the people of this world charged the planet with an Anti-Sciatic Atmosphere to suppress and deaden any psychic ability.
A native of this planet, Ur, was the first to leave this world and his newfound precognition lead him into an Earth orbit. His newfound intuition was overwhelming and caused him to crash and perish on Earth. His precognition was due to the forgotten latent abilities of the species rebelling against the suppression field.
