Urtak was a Zygon. He posed as a folk music executive, named Mervyn Urquhart, along with Mims. He stayed at the Bygones Guest House, run by his former superior, now known as Trevor. He wanted to get Trevor to go back to the old ways. He kidnapped Lucie Miller. He thought that Trevor had gone native. He was planning to accelerate global warming in order to make Earth like their world. (AUDIO: The Zygon Who Fell to Earth)
