Nebraska Dave is the pseudonym for David West.
David lives in Omaha, Nebraska, and is normally a web systems administrator for the city of Omaha and Douglas County, Nebraska. However, he also wrote two books for the Hero System by Hero Games/Iron Crown Enterprises in the late 1990s. He also writes under the pseudonym of Lightfinger on Teaspoon and an Open Mind, the Doctor Who fan fiction website.
