Not only had this already been closed prior to the Great Discussions Data Loss kerfuffle, but a resolution was found long before then, and (although strictly speaking T:BOUND should have forbidden it) even implemented. Yes, insofar as the Warner Doctor is now valid, we have no reason not to acknowledge that it's him in 100 Days too.
