With Torchwood out of the picture, they should create a new series about an organization that deals with extraterrestrial and the paranormal. The series needs that perspective of earthlings dealing with the Whoniverse.
I think that Clara Oswald would be a excellent addition. Maybe she could do this when she leaves the doctor.
