The difference between the Doctors' pages and the Master's one page is that the Doctor has different titles all the way through; First Doctor, Second Doctor, Third Doctor etc.. The Master is only known as the Master in all his forms (that is, until Missy came along). The latest, however, being a name she herself came up with.
