Sorry, some issues have to be closed for technical reasons. We aren't going to have a periodic revisiting of every past decision. We have enough trouble keeping up with the current issues. Users can bring up old forum decisions to question them when there is new evidence (keeping Tardis:You are bound by current policy and Tardis:Do not disrupt this wiki to prove a point in mind). But there is no need for wholesale revisiting when most of our policies have sound backing.
