Oh yikes. A few more suggestions:

1. Some relevant image of the Sixth Doctor, with the line "Change, my dear. And it seems not a moment too soon."
2. the same nanogene image with the line "Come on, you clever little nanogenes!" instead (the whole point of this template is that the problem won't sort itself out, so "the nanogenes will take care of it" is not necessarily the message we're going for)
3. a screenshot from New Earth, with the line "Watch out for the disinfectant!" or "Commencing disinfection"
4. a visual gag from The Happiness Patrol (beginning of episode 3; the list of the disappeared rolls out and stretches across the square), though I've got no line for it
5. something from the Doctor's trial in The War Games, for the line "Oh no, that won't do at all" or "I warn you, I'm very particular"

I've not got anything better so far.
