DWM isn't an in-universe source. The wikia only details what has been released in an actual Doctor Who story. Things that happen in references sources such as Doctor Who Magazine simply don't belong here until their release date and relevance to an already released Doctor Who story. All things relating to Capaldi will only belong on the wiki until he appears as the Doctor in December, and until then all news on the matter belongs elsewhere on the internet, and not here.
