Just to have a chat about your recent edits, since I know you're new and all, we don't immediately view the novelization and the episode as the same thing, often they can be quite different. So setting for one isn't immediately the setting for the other. (One prominent example of massive differences is The Day of the Doctor (novelisation)!) In the same sense, unless the episode explicitly says you're in a real world location, it's best not to assume you're there, see T:NO RW. (The Aztecs is actually a complicated example of this, but that's neither here nor there.) Hope you enjoy editing, and you might want to check in with the wiki policies from time to time. Cheers.
