We've got a couple of important quirks for a fan written wiki, so let's get them out of the way first.
British English, please
We generally use British English 'round these parts, so if you use another form of English, please be sure you set your spell checker to BrEng, and take a gander at our spelling cheat card.
Spoilers aren't cool
We have a strict definition of "spoiler" that you may find a bit unusual. Basically, a spoiler, to us, is anything that comes from a story which has not been released yet. So, even if you've got some info from a BBC press release or official trailer, it basically can't be referenced here. In other words, you gotta wait until the episode has finished its premiere broadcast to start editing about its contents. Please check the spoiler policy for more details.

Posts with video[[edit source]]
Sorry I had to delete some of your Discussions posts. The reason for it is "link[s] to an off-site video", which are prohibited by our Discussions guidelines. I'm afraid I will have to ask you to refrain from such posts in the future. Amorkuz ☎ 21:05, January 10, 2018 (UTC)

List of the rules you have violated[[edit source]]
1. Posting links to offsite videos in Discussions. The relevant quote is
You might find your posts deleted without warning if you have: [...] linked to an off-site video.
However, your original block has not been for violating this policy. Your original short-term block was for repeatedly ignoring my warnings that you are violating this policy and must stop. Your repeated policy violations were an example of disruptive behaviour that was taxing on the time of admin who had to eliminate the violations. Here is the relevant quote from Tardis:Blocking policy:
'Bad-faith' edits made with the intent to [...] disrupt the functioning of the community. In most cases, users should be warned prior to blocking, though final discretion is left to the administrators.
You have received two warnings above and chose to summarily ignore them. Thus, blocking was the only option left for prevent the disruptions you were causing. You could have easily avoided all this unpleasantness if you simply responded to messages from admin.
2. Your second block was for violating Tardis:Username policy. Relevant portion of it:
Spam in the username. We do not tolerate names which obviously attempt to sell a product or service, or even those which appear to do so. If your user name is that of a website address, email address, company, religious group, non-profitable organisation or any other sort of formalised organisation or incorporation, your user and user talk pages are subject to deletion, and you will likely be infinitely banned.
By your own admission, your username is also the name of a YouTube channel where you post videos. How you are monetising your YouTube activities is entirely your business. But you will not be allowed to use Tardis wiki to increase your traffic. Note also that the name of your channel is XxDachshundxX Productions, which appears to be a name of a formalised organisation or incorporation. We have neither resources nor desire to check whether this is a real production company or not. Within the meaning of the policy, the username XxDachshundxX is prohibited because it appears to be the name of a production company and is used to advertise a YouTube channel with its videos.
3. By contacting me on my talk page under an IP, you have violated another policy that, unfortunately, carries with it another infinite ban:
However, if you have been blocked from editing for any reason, and you attempt to circumvent that block through the use of another account or IP address, you will immediately receive a lifetime block on any and all accounts you are using. We have zero tolerance for sock puppetry.
The correct way of addressing a block is described at Help:I'm blocked. You had to contact me under your real account at a neutral wiki. Once again, let me give you an extended quote from the policy:
As opposed to global and IP range blocks, it's generally a waste of time to get Fandom Staff involved in a local blocking dispute. If one of our admin left you a message on your talk page which clearly explained why you were being blocked, Fandom Staff aren't going to touch it. If the admin has additionally cited local policy in his or her blocking of you, there's very little chance of it being overturned. If the admin has given you warnings before a policy-based block, don't even bother contacting Fandom Staff. They definitely won't touch it.
Overall, therefore, it's best to avoid involving Fandom Staff at all.
Oh, and remember: while you're blocked, definitely don't try any type of ban evasion by using an IP address or another account to edit.
Thus, let me interpret the reply you received from a FANDOM staff member. You have not violated the rules of FANDOM. Hence, you still have editing rights at FANDOM overall. However, you have been blocked for violating Tardis wiki policies after being warned twice by a local admin. FANDOM does not dictate communities their policies. In fact, it is specifically stated at Tardis:Local rules prevail:
Unless specifically a part of Fandom's Terms of Use, we're the only ones who can write our rules. And those rules must be visible in the Tardis, Help, Category or Special namespaces on the desktop version of this wiki, written by one of our admin staff to be valid.
You could have received all this information instead of the block, have you been courteous enough to reply to my warnings. I'm afraid, now it is too late.
I am willing to forgive you the violation of T:SOCK you committed in contacting me the way you did. Though it was against the letter of the rules, your intent was to appeal the block, for which we set up a specific procedure. Given that your original block for disrupting behaviour expired on January 24, I can also see the argument that, if it is your username that is problematic, then editing under a different username or under an IP should not be prohibited.
In fact, it was never my intention to ban you from the wiki forever. You will not be allowed to edit under this username. But you are free to return under another username that complies with Tardis:Username policy. You will of course have to comply with all other policies. Since, after 14 years, we have rather a lot of those, it is likely that you might get afoul of one or two from time to time.
