Utterlost Accords

The Utterlost Accords were a meeting between the enemy and the Great Houses that foreshadowed the Hot Peace. The Oracle of Shakespeare predicted that, when the Great Houses would inevitably decide that House Military soldiers don't need the ability to see or understand beauty, the accommodation foreshadowed by the Utterlost Accords would be reached.
