Vampire State (comic story)

Vampire State was the main story published in Captain Britain and MI13 from issue 10 to issue 15. and cover dated from April to September 2009. It was reprinted in the Vampire State trade paperback and Official Marvel Graphic Novel Collection #59.
Merlin the Wise, who first appeared in Doctor Who Magazine's The Neutron Knights, was again mentioned through dialogue, largely referencing Captain Britain's resurrection in The Guns of Avalon, although also alluding to the prior resurrection in A Rag, a Bone, a Hank of Hair.... It also featured an appearance by Death's Head II, who appeared in several other crossovers before and after Vampire State.
