Vandos was a planet 60,000 light-years from Earth. It was the homeworld of the Vandosian.
Under Vandosian law, if a person committed a crime on Vandos, died untried and was reincarnated, then the reincarnation was accountable.
Several hundred years before the 21st century, the Vandos Imperium was toppled by a peaceful revolt against it led by Shogalath. One group of Vandosians, believing this to be a monstrous crime, was exiled from the planet by Shogalath's followers. (COMIC: Mr Nobody)
